The accuracy guarantee means that our company will take responsibility for the correctness of the calculations based on the data you enter when filling out the forms.
This means that if you enter the correct data and the application prepares a tax return which the tax office deems incorrectly calculated, we will bear the responsibility. In such a case, we will refund your fee and prepare a corrected tax return for you. If you enter incorrect data and the application prepares a tax return that the tax office deems wrong, the responsibility will be yours. For example, if you enter a different income amount, or "forget" to add the number of children you support, etc.
All information you enter while filling out the form is considered sensitive. We do not sell it to third parties, so no other company will contact you without your consent. Everything you tell us stays between us. If you decide to request the deletion of your data, we will comply.
Our team provides customer and technical support to visitors and users of our products. For internal and email communication with visitors, we use Google services, for chat communication we use Smartsupp, and sometimes you write to us for help via social networks like Facebook, WhatsApp, or Viber. For managing emails and for backing up contacts and company documents, we use Google services. Our accounting documents are processed in the accounting program Premiér, with a license owned by our parent company NeoTax. Data is stored on our own server. Servers, hosting, databases, backup and database management are provided by OVH and ProfitBricks. The site is secured with HTTPS protocol. For payments, we use the payment gateway of Česká spořitelna, a.s. (Global WebPay), online bank transfers through GoPay, s.r.o., PayPal, Inc. If you pay by bank transfer, you send the money to our bank account at FIO bank.
Access to your comments, emails, and messages with requests for help in processing forms is available to the customer support team, who follow strict rules for working with data. Simply put: no one who is not authorized and without reason will have access to your data, such as a user's request to check a form.
To better understand the behavior of visitors to our websites and users of our services and to be able to prepare the best services for them, we use Google Analytics from Google, Inc. and HotJar.
