All EU entities can claim a VAT refund. The entity has to be a VAT registered company in the home country.

Yes, you can only recover VAT from work related expenses.

In most cases, the full VAT is recovered. There are exceptions to the rule though, contact us for more details.

The claims are filed quarterly (every three months) after the end of each quarter. The process then can take up to 4 months for the tax authority to process the claim. Though some EU states process claims much faster.

Yes, the minimum amount is €50 per year from each EU country. You can take advantage of the quarterly claims if your request reaches €400 in the given quarter from each EU country.

The commission greatly depends on the volume of VAT claimed. It can be as low as 5%.
