The commission greatly depends on the volume of VAT claimed. It can be as low as 5%.
Can non-EU entities claim a VAT refund?

You can reclaim VAT from work related travel expenses - i.e. plane tickets, accommodation, etc. on your business trips. You cannot get a VAT refund from your travels in your free time.
